Mentoring, coaching & so much more

Uma has been providing one on one support & mentoring for more than 10 years, and has a diverse range of experience & training in somatic Yoga Therapy, Breathwork, holistic detox, NVC (non violent communication) & counselling.

Her approach to wellness is multi dimensional, intuitive and trauma informed.

She is currently studying Psychotherapy and Clinical Hypnosis and will be able to add these to her private offerings in 2023.

Sessions go for 60 minutes and run via zoom, unless organised otherwise.


Uma is known for holding a deeply compassionate and transformational space, and welcomes all people who feel they might benefit from her support.

Our sessions will be:

    Our initial sessions will be dedicated to assessing your current wellness and co-creating a personalised map to understand your unique needs, challenges and goals.

  • Targeted

    Approaching holistic wellness requires patience as we seek to understand and address challenges at the source. I’ll work closely with you to help identify and befriend your triggers, blockages and blind spots.

  • Integrative

    Your true & lasting wellness is so much more than just exercise & diet. I’ll be guiding you toward practical, simple, embodied practices to integrate and sustain your journey toward wholeness & empowerment.
